FIELD: sports equipment, in particular, exercising of lower and upper limb muscles. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has upper crank mechanism mounted on column and provided with gear wheel fixed on carriage shaft. Lower crank mechanisms are mounted in frame in tandem. Gear wheels arranged on carriage shafts of lower crank mechanisms are coupled through common chain or gear transmission. Lower cranks have levers whose similar fingers carry two elongate pedals-platforms and are mounted for rotation in synchronism. Gear wheel of upper crank mechanism is coupled with gear pairs of lower crank mechanisms through chain transmission or long shaft with conical or orthogonal cylindrical gear pairs and rotates in synchronism with them, but out of phase. Fingers of upper crank are provided with handles for user. Column is mounted for rotation about shaft of front lower crank. Lower cranks may be coupled through one chain transmission and upper and front lower cranks may be coupled through other chain transmission. Upper and front lower cranks may be coupled through long shaft with conical and orthogonal cylindrical gear pairs. Lower cranks may be coupled through one long shaft with conical or orthogonal cylindrical gear pairs and upper and front lower cranks may be coupled through other identical shaft with gear pairs.
