Rear wheel is mounted on said shaft and is provided with freewheel clutch. Handle bar is positioned on frame. Cycle-exerciser is further equipped with rocker, whose upper spindle is pivotally fixed on handle bar and lower spindle is pivotally and eccentrically fixed on wheel equipped with freewheel clutch. This wheel is positioned for rotation on frame and is connected through chain transmission with brake disk mounted for rotation of frame and connected in its turn with rear wheel through chain transmission. Brake disk has friction belt equipped with device for tightening said belt. Cycle-exerciser enables operation in manual, foot and combined manual and foot driving modes. Cycle-exerciser may be used for exercising in general physical culture, as well as for training of lower and upper extremity muscles, both individually and simultaneously.
