FIELD: rescue facilities pertaining to flights of helicopters. SUBSTANCE: scoop consists of basket with rigid bottom, half-bow, float-indicator with handrails and unit for attachment to which rope; basket includes upper ring and flat rigid bottom connected with the aid of soft and screen; bow is secured to upper ring asymmetrically to give free access to basket on three sides; scoop is drowning which facilitates bringing it under victim in water; to indicated area of submergence of crew, freely moving flow is fitted on winch; float is provided with load-bearing handles and preventive lines with snap hooks.
