FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing potassium chloride from potash-factory off-grade fine by-product and involves dissolving above-indicated chloride Ц cyclone dust from halurgy or flotation productions, fine product obtained in base product or concentrate sizing operations, and others - in water taken in amount 0.3-1.0 weight parts per 1 weight part of fine potassium chloride. Resulting suspension is separated by concentration or filtration technique. Solid phase is combined with water to form suspension that is then dried in fluidized-bed apparatus at 110 to 135 C to give final product. According to invention, fine potassium chloride is dissolved in water in presence of a part of solution obtained after separation of suspension. EFFECT: simplified process and improved quality of product. 3 cl, 2 tbl
