SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of potassium chloride by hot leaching technology by the method for dissolution of sylvinite ore and crystallization of KC1 and can be used in the chemical industry to improve the commodity characteristics of the product. The production of potassium chloride from sylvinite ore includes grinding, dissolution of the ore to obtain a saturated solution, which is crystallized in multi-stage vacuum crystallizers, followed by thickening and crystallization, after which the resulting potassium chloride is dried. After thickening of the crystallization product, an acute unsaturated steam with a temperature of at least 200°C and a flow rate of at least 8 kg/t of condensed pulp is introduced into the pulp.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the quality of the finished product while reducing the impurity content and the dust fraction.
