FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for removing depositions from internal surface of casing string and production string, filter and pump-compressor pipes, and also perforation passages, and bottom-hole zone so as to restore productivity of bed. Device has body and secured in body is barrel which carries rotor with tangential nozzles. Made in rotor in its internal side is circular passage which makes barrel space communicating with nozzles. Mounted on barrel are head-piece and step bearing with supporting ring. Baffle unit is press-seated in body. Press-seated on rotor are upper ring and lower ring of labyrinth sealing, pad for interaction with step bearing, baffle washer for interaction with baffle unit. Built in lower ring of labyrinth sealing is centrifugal brake which is made in the form of cast iron half-rings. Front ends of these half-rings are pivotally secured. Half-rings are embraced by spring ring. Installed in ring is unit of preliminary swirling of flow, and installed at inlet to barrel is filter. At pumping of working fluid, rotor starts rotating, and jets discharged from nozzles bring their action upon surface being treated. Aforesaid device is reliable in operation with improved quality of cleaning and treating of well. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
