FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of the bed area near the well bottom involves the following procedure: an oscillation- generating device is dropped in the well, and oscillation processes are generated by the working agent pressure and rate of delivery so that the peak values attain 50-60 m/s. The oscillation-generating device is moved in the casing string perforation zone, and the speed of this movement is 0.0016-0.0058 m/s. The oscillation-generating device has a hollow body with axial and lateral channels, and it is provided with a pulser. The pulser has a fairing mounted in the body, helical channels, a converging tube, a vortex chamber, and a widening ring-shaped channel in the body with stepwise surface formed by ring-shaped grooves with vertexes located on the rotation surface formed by rotation of a parabola round the horizontal axis of the hollow body.
