CYCLONE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: cleaning gas discharged into atmosphere and reconditioning powdered dye that has failed to deposit on part. SUBSTANCE: cyclone has casing with perforated bottom part placed in bin, inlet pipe connection, discharging hole, and exhaust pipe. In addition, cyclone is provided with one more bin having perforated bottom part and placed inside main bin which is provided with additional wall. Wall-to-wall space communicates through filter placed in annular chamber with discharge system and is separated from filter with perforated baffle plate. EFFECT: improved efficiency of entrapping powder due to its reduced carry-over. 2 cl, 1 dwg
