FIELD: manufacture of special devices and transducers. SUBSTANCE: method includes heat treatment of alloys based on titanium of martensite and transition classes including hardening from temperatures of tk to Ac3 +(20-30 C), deformation and subsequent heating in three stages. At the first stage, heating is carried out up to temperature of 200-300 C with the rate of at least 0.1 C/s. At the second stage, heating is carried out up to temperature Ac3 + (20-30 C). Heating at the first and second stages may be carried out without observing the specified rate, but with holding 0.1-0.2 h at the first stage, and 0.15-4 h at the second stage. In realization of both methods, additional cooling may be made after the first or second stage at the rate of not less than 1 C/s that results in that in subsequent heating the second and/or the third effect of shape memory is realized. EFFECT: higher reliability and service life of articles. 2 cl, 1 tbl
