FIELD: devices for deposition of coatings, mainly, by plasma method. SUBSTANCE: batcher has airtight hopper and metering device including vertical spring-loaded cone-shaped worm installed on bushing on shaft with drive and receiving cone. Additionally introduced into the batcher are spiral heater, static voltage arcing contacts and orifice plate. Spiral heater is installed in intake channel located in batcher hopper upper part. Installed in metering device are floating arcing contact in the form of plates, for example, copper plates. Orifice plate has diameter smaller than that in receiving cone and located in batcher receiving cone. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
