FIELD: plants for plasma spraying. SUBSTANCE: plant for application of gas-thermal coatings, for instance, plasma coatings and abrasive-blast preparation of surfaces has heat-sound-insulating chamber, headstock and tailstock with centers common axis, plasma generator holder, shot-blast gun and is additionally provided with cone-shaped bin with cover and vent hoses located under heat-sound-insulating chamber. Bin has holes with valve located between holes. Intake hose located in cover is connected with shot-blast gun, and vent hoses are installed in bin cover holes. Plasma generator is made in the form of body to which conveying hose spring-loaded to body is hinged. Shot-blast gun is installed in recess of body with the help of hinge at an angle of 10-35 deg to the holder axis. EFFECT: increased adhesion strength of plasma coatings. 6 dwg
