FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: converter of temperature to frequency of electric signal has two operational amplifiers 1, 2, three resistors 5, 6, 7 and temperature-sensitive resistor 4 placed in feedback circuit of operational amplifier 1, three-input commutator 8, capacitor 3 placed in feedback circuit from output of operational amplifier 2 to its inverting input, resistor 9. Output of operational amplifier 2 is output of converter. Temperature is measured in three steps. Signals with frequencies f0, f1, f2 are fed into computer. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy thanks to exclusion of influence of changes of capacitance of capacitor and parameters on measurement results as time goes on. 1 dwg
