FIELD: testing of samples for bending fatigue and increased temperatures. SUBSTANCE: plant includes device for high-frequency loading, low-frequency loading mechanism and aids for sample heating and cooling. Electrodynamic vibrator with platform where two beams are anchored in cantilever is used for high-frequency loading. Free end of first beam carries gripper to hold sample. Low-frequency loading mechanism includes hydraulic cylinder mounted on platform. Pusher resting against sample is put on free end of second beam located above first one uniaxially to rod of hydraulic cylinder. Pusher is screwed into threaded hole of beam and is used to set minimal tension of low-frequency cycle. Sample is heated by means of inductor connected to generator of high-frequency currents. Nozzle directing flow of cooling agent on to sample and controlled valve are used for cooling. Generator of high- frequency currents and controlling input of valve are connected to output of temperature controller whose input is connected to temperature sensor of sample. EFFECT: plant makes it possible to conduct tests under double frequency bending cycle with various parameters of low-frequency cycle and with heat cycling. 1 dwg
