FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: plant may be used for heating in construction of pipelines, heating of tapping point units connection in process of welding at operating gas and oil products pipeline, thermal treatment of welded seams, heating of walls in reservoirs of oil and gas industry, insulation of oil products pipeline, removal of polyken coating from dismantled sections of oil products pipelines, and also for pipe benders. In plant formed by covered platform installed on chassis of vehicle, capacitor is connected parallel to primary winding of high frequency transformer, and plant comprises temperature recorder, to which one of thermoelectric converters is connected, and cooling system is arranged as autonomous and is equipped with unit of cooling control; pump, at the outlet of which there are sensors of temperature monitoring and cooling liquid pressure installed; dry cooler with fans, cooling liquid temperature at the outlet of which is monitored by temperature sensor; two discharge headers with pressure sensors at the inlet of each one - to which discharge systems of device elements cooling are connected, and electric outputs of cooling liquid temperature, pressure and level monitoring sensors are connected to inputs of cooling control unit, outlets of which are connected to fans of dry cooler, pump and automatic recording potentiometre, and outlet of the latter is connected to unit of control and protection of thyristor converter.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and expansion of functional capabilities of plant.
