FIELD: transmission and reception of digital information by broad-band, multifrequency-signal-train systems. SUBSTANCE: system that has data sensor, multifrequency signal train generator, switch, output unit, input unit, variable-frequency filter unit for multifrequency signal train, resolving unit, clock generators, pseudorandom exchange generators, and reference-frequency sensors is provided, in addition, with the following units on sending and receiving ends: two P-channel multiplexors and two shapers of frequency-time pseudorandom Latin square (one on sending and one on receiving end) that are used for pseudorandom exchange of lines, columns, and for renaming Latin square items and modulating message characters by data sequence which involves selection of pseudorandom line of Latin square responding to data character transmitted at the moment and determining frequency sequence of multifrequency signal train thereby eliminating simulation of data character. Device for shaping frequency-time pseudorandom Latin square has control unit, two counters, three random-access storage devices, read-only storage, series-to-parallel code converter, two switches, and OR gate.
