FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has trawl connected with vessels through wires and cables. During trawling, upper seine rope of trawl is attached to additional carrier cable so that it is arranged above water surface. Carrier cable is connected to wires at the height of wire blocks. Hydrodynamic shield is attached to lower seine rope and adapted for changing, in conjunction with control rope, angle and vertical opening of trawl. EFFECT: increased efficiency by using flexible binders between vessels, increased extent of horizontal trawl opening and provision for adjustment of vertical trawl opening. 2 dwg
