FIELD: plastic metal working, namely production of cold bent rolled sheet sections. SUBSTANCE: in order to lower cost of bent sheet section used for roofing said section has on its side edges continuous lengthwise corrugations with predetermined height and width. Such section is made of steel with temporary tensile strength no more than 470 MPa and with thickness S = 0.7-1.5 mm. Height of one corrugation is selected more than that of another by (0.8-1.5)S and its width - by (2-3)S. Closed cross corrugation is formed between said lengthwise corrugations, it has height equal to (8-12)S and it is shifted relative to mean line of section along it by predetermined distance. All corrugations have triangular cross sections, inclination angle of face of cross corrugation being nearest to end edge relative to plane of section is equal to 60-65 degrees. Angle between faces of said corrugation is right one. EFFECT: lowered cost of bent sheet section. 1 dwg, 1 expe
