INSTALLATION FOR MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING OF HOIST SUPPORT AND DESIGN OF HOIST Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation serves for mounting and dismounting of hoist support in vertical position from below close to buildings and constructions and in open areas. Installation has two uprights secured on metal or concrete base and connected by crossmembers between which support is placed resting by lower end on nut of rotor-chuck serving for screwing on together or screwing off of support pipes. Upper ends of uprights are connected by braces with members of nearest constructions and with ground surface. Installation has guide bell and clamps secured on crossmembers. Lifting of screwing on support and lowering of screwing off support is carried out by means of lift rigidly secured on crossmembers above guide bell. After screwing the support pipes together and placing the support on support plate or suspending from crossmember, lift is disconnected from crossmember and hoist is mounted on support for displacement relative to support. Hoist has upper and lower grips hinge coupled by movable members of drive and lifting platform secured on lever of lower grip. Mounting done, support is turned into branch pipe near buildings and constructions by its upper end. Branch pipe is suspended from middle of axle whose ends are fitted in hinge joints installed on brackets secured on wall of building or construction, and in open areas, by means of guys connected to ground surface.
