DEVICE FOR LIFTING CONSTRUCTION LOADS IN LOW-RISE CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B66B9/02

Abstract RU 2781171 C1

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction lifts. The device for lifting construction loads in low-rise construction is collapsible, consists of two main and intermediate sections, a gear motor. The base of the sections are parallel metal pipes with sidewalls in the form of trusses. Electrical cables are laid inside the trusses. Four rollers in each row are placed at regular intervals on the base. At one end of the main sections and at both ends of the intermediate sections there are electrical connectors and connecting plates with holes for bolted connections. The sections have a conveyor belt placed on rollers. The ends of the tape are fastened with a lock. On the outside of the belt, pushrod supports are bolted, the edges of which are bent inward. The upper section in the upper part has an axial shaft fixed in the bearing nodes, duplicating Start and Stop buttons and tubeless wheels with polyurethane coating, and is equipped with a mounting plate, a loop, a grip and a carabiner fixed on a cable. A drive drum is mounted on the shaft. The length of the axial shaft is greater than the length of the drive drum. The drum has a rubber coating with treads and limiters. A bobbin is mounted on the drum shaft with holes and locking pins. The bobbin and the shaft have keyholes, combined and fixed with a key. Connectors and plates are located at the bottom of the section. One end of the cable is fixed inside the bobbin, and the second one on the bearing surfaces of the building. In the lower part of the lower section there is a tension drum with limiters on the sides and a shaft. The shaft is located in the bearing assemblies and has a traction stud and a nut. On the side of the tension drum on the sidewall of the section there is a moisture-proof electric box with a plug for connecting the device to the general electrical network. The box contains an automatic switch, a frequency converter, a radio control module, and a GPS module. On the door of the box there are buttons for controlling the device “Start”, “Stop”, the speed controller of the tension and drive drums and conveyor belt, the switch “Reverse”. Connectors and connecting plates are located in the upper part of the lower section. The lower section rests on a free-rolling platform with an anti-slip coating of ribbed rubber.

EFFECT: increase in operational reliability is achieved.
