SUBSTANCE: plant has turret-type windmill kinematically coupled with volumetric rotary compressor; electric generator kinematically coupled with volumetric rotary engine; closed-circuit tubular receivers communicating through pipes with inlet pipe connection of rotary engine and with outlet pipe connection of compressor. In addition, it is provided with at least two same windmills with compressors and electric generators with rotary engines. EFFECT: improved efficiency of plant. 4 dwg
