FIELD: mechanical engineering; drives of machines and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has blade-type air compressor, underground reservoir-receiver for compressed air and vane-type gas turbine. Mechanism has at least two pipelines-receivers for compressed air and rotary pumps-compressors including rotors installed on shafts and hydraulically intercoupling pipelines-receivers. Each rotor pump-compressor has pedals secured on shaft of its rotor and frame with seat and side shields. Housing of each pump-compressor is secured on frame. Mechanism can be furnished with rotor-type windmill whose shaft is coupled with shaft of one pump-compressor for interaction and additional filling of pipeline-receiver with compressed air. EFFECT: increased capacity, reduced overall dimensions, simplified design, enlarged operating capabilities, no adverse effect on environment. 4 cl, 5 dwg
