SUBSTANCE: bolt includes polyhedral head with protrusions on its end surface, bead connecting said head with coaxially arranged threaded cylindrical stem. Novelty is bolt head having grooved transition to flange, cylindrical dead opening on its end and flutes on its working end. Said flutes have developed section in the form of cutting wedge with negative cutting edge coated with alumina layer whose thickness is no less than 10^-6. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
