FIELD: gaseous and liquid fuel combustion facilities for petroleum processing and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: burner has gas section incorporating annular gas header 1 with axial and radial gas-outlet holes 2 and 3, respectively, air- supply shroud 4 with air-feed controller 5, taper shell 6 with holes 7; it also has liquid section incorporating fuel oil injector 8 whose inlet part mounts sleeve 9 that expands towards injector inlet and is provided with holes 10 in its walls. Oil is supplied to taper sleeve 9 through holes 10 communicating with oil-supply pipelines, such as pipe connections 11. EFFECT: increased oil pressure at burner inlet and improved quality of liquid fuel spray cone. 2 dwg
