SUBSTANCE: burner has two segments 1, 2 of truncated cone surface relatively shifted to form two tangential channels 3, 4 for admitting air inside burner; two fuel cyclones 5, 6 installed upstream of each tangential channel in rectangular-section mixing chamber 7 with holes 8 arranged opposite air flow; two fuel cyclones 9, 10 mounted downstream of cyclones 5, 6. Cyclones 9, 10 have holes 11 arranged opposite air flow. Fuel supply tube and jet injector 13 are installed inside burner along its longitudinal axis.
