SUBSTANCE: device has suprabrachial part provided with movable fixing bearing members positioned so that the head is fixable in required direction when stretching cervical region of the vertebral column. Each of the movable fixing bearing members has telescopic shock absorber with calibrated spring. Tension force is changeable by rotating the movable fixing bearing members. Head part and suprabrachial part are connected by the movable fixing bearing members to achieve stretching in required position of cervical region of the vertebral column.
