FIELD: building material production. SUBSTANCE: cement comprises, mas. %: portland cement clinker, 50-90; mineral additive, 10-50. Mineral additive is treated by heat at 150-300 150 - 300° till the loss of hydrate water is 50-80 %. Said additive comprises mixture of flask and phosphogypsum at their ratio from 20: 1 to 3:1. EFFECT: decreased ratio of water and cement and increased strength of cement while its cost decreased.
