FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: relates to production of binding materials, can be used for production of general construction cements. Raw mixture for preparation of active mineral additive to cement contains active mineral component and gypsum-containing by-product component of phosphoric acid – phosphogypsum production, with content of hydrated water of not more than 30 % of the total weight of the dry substance, wherein it contains an additional component – construction lime, and as an active mineral component, a gaize with SiO2 content of 70–90 % is used, Al2O3 7–18 % at following ratio of components in terms of dry substance, wt%: gaize – 54–58; construction lime – 2–6; phosphogypsum – 40. Also described is a method of preparing an active mineral additive to cement.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at expansion of range of widely available synthesized additives for cement production, aimed at improvement of cement quality and optimization of cement production costs.
