FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, to be mixed for making polyemulsion used for hydraulic fracturing of oil bed are following components: water, water-soluble polymer, surface-active substance, and hydrocarbon phase. Components are being mixed until slurry is obtained. Then, thus produced slurry is gradually mixed with remaining part of hydrocarbon phase at speed which is enough or not enough for creation of film of hydrocarbon phase in thin layer on surface of emulsion. Mixing process is accompanied with branching of water-saturated part of emulsion by introducing hydrocarbon phase into it with delivering hydrocarbon phase into less water-saturated part of emulsion. Mixing is continued until reaching index of non-newtonian behavior of liquid not exceeding 0.4 and coefficient of consistency from 4 to 10 Pa.s.n, where n - index of non-newtonian behavior of liquid. Application of aforesaid method ensures producing of emulsion which possesses high sand-retaining capacity and stability together with low loss or pressure for friction when pumping liquid through pipes. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl
