FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: first processor receives voltage and current signals and determines electric power. First processor outputs power signal which corresponds to power consumption level. Second processor which is connected to first processor receives power signal and outputs reading signals which correspond to information about power characteristics. Indicator is connected to second processor for receiving of reading signal and displays information about power supply. Another claim of invention describes device design in which first processor detects power supply units according voltage and current signals and outputs power signal which corresponds to reading of this units and frequency they are read. Another claim of invention describes device design in which first processor reads and outputs units of active power, units of imaginary reactive power and frequency they are read.
