FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-%: hydroxyalkylene organosiloxane block-copolymer 20.0-95.0 and tetraethoxysilane 5-80. Composition used on winter wheat and barley strains under conditions of Salsky steppe increases the yield by 5-25% due to enhanced viability of plants during winter. Composition increases the yield of summer barley by 2-3-fold after the successive effect of light frost in fall or spring at -7 C and soil drought under conditions of South Ural. Composition increases the yield of buckwheat by 40% under conditions of steppe zone of West Siberia.
