SUBSTANCE: method of replacement of bone defects by bone graft consists in that for obtaining excessive skeletogenous tissue which belongs to patient, autogenous osteochondrous regenerate is grown during the first stage with the help of demineralized bone tissue. During the second stage, regenerate is cut and used for replacement of bone defects separately or in combination with demineralized and nonmineralized bone alloytransplants. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
