FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a composite material for bone defect replacement consisting of a mixture of granular osteoplastic material Bio-Oss and mesenchymal stem cells of patient, which are implanted with mesenchymal stem cells, cultured from patient's gum.
EFFECT: invention enables effective restoration of bone tissue architecture, as well as complete (100 %) healing of jaw bone defect with diameter more than 5 mm and restoration of bone optical density in period of 3 months earlier compared to the natural course of reparative process (6 months).
