FIELD: skin surgery. SUBSTANCE: method is designed to treat patients with extensive granulating wounds. In the early postoperative period, when lysis arises, joining sites and total transplant surfaces are irradiated by scanning with light spot of helium plasma beam with velocity 1 m/s, exposition 4 s/sq. cm, current strength 30-60 A, voltage 30 V, gas pressure 0.2 kg/sq. cm, distance from the plasmatrone nozzle being 15 cm. EFFECT: enabled preservation of transplant with arising lysis features.
