FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting anesthetic agent into subcutaneous fat tissue by applying creeping infiltrate method. Skin surface is exposed to inert gas plasma flow radiation in some points spaced along the relaxation lines. Inert gas plasma flow irradiation is carried out from 2-7 cm distance during 5-40 s depending on result to be achieved as a result of operation. Current is of 30, 60 A, gas pressure is of 0.2-0.8 atm. Skin tension direction is changeable manually when needed. EFFECT: enhanced cosmetic effectiveness of treatment.
