FIELD: waste reprocessing. SUBSTANCE: method consists in simultaneously disintegrating, dissolving, and separating solid fraction in flowing heated solvent circulating in closed process circuit at the expense of its evaporation and condensation from final product. Installation contains V-shaped cylindrical container filled with solvent with hopper in its loading end and worm press in its other end. Loading section encloses various-type cutters and heaters, horizontal section encloses blade-type activators, and ascending outlet section encloses solid fraction catcher with transport worm. Perforated casing of worm press is disposed inside bitumen collector which is connected with rectification column included into return circuit serving for feeding solvent into loading hopper. Outlet openings solid fraction catcher and worm press are located in loading hopper. Air required for rectification column operation is aspirated from loading hopper and discharge bunker.
