FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of bitumen chips and spent secondary hydrocarbons via heated hopper with ultrasonic emitter into melter, where liquid bitumen and hard inclusions are separated. Then necessary amount of light hydrocarbon fractions are added to aged bitumen, hard inclusions are transported and simultaneously flushed in counterflow motion of hard inclusions and dissolvent, residual bitumen is extracted by dissolvent, extracted bitumen is returned in melter, spent heat is returned for dissolvent evaporation at its condensation in tank for dissolvent - condenser cooled by spent hydrocarbon liquids, dissolvent is regenerated, dried, and cleaned hard inclusions are unloaded.
EFFECT: lower power inputs, higher efficiency of installation capacity by increase of heat mass transfer coefficients due to addition of previously heated hydrocarbon liquids and due to application of ultrasonic oscillations.
