SUBSTANCE: vehicle loaded with loose material passes at slow speed under sprinkling portal and is exposed to action of water delivered through central nozzle in form of cone-shaped stream. Water consumption is not less than 2.5 l/m2, and not more than 5 l/m2. Water pressure is set up to 2 bars and diameter of water drops is not less than 2 mm. Nozzle sprinkling installation for vehicles loaded with loose material, railway freight cars in particular, has portal installed over rail track. Sprinkling nozzle is installed in center of portal. Installation has supply pipeline furnished with water pressure regulator and valve to control water flow. Fuel cone sprinkling nozzle makes it possible to reduce blowing out of carried material.
