FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine is designed to operate in wide range of flying speeds. Engine has one oxidizer inlet or air intake, at least one propellant injector, housing where propellant is mixed with oxidizer for preparation of combustible mixture and evacuation of gases formed during combustion. At least one wall of housing is formed at least partially by movable adjacent panels 12 articulated together. Each panel has lateral edges and first device for blowing with fluid medium which are mounted at level of hinged joints 13 for cooling these joints which change geometry of housing in function of engine operating speed. Each blowing device has first flexible plate 19 with convex end supported by end 12B directed to rounded-off end; convex end of plate is supported by rounded-off end 12A.
