FIELD: motion transfer mechanisms; actuators of aircraft control surfaces. SUBSTANCE: swivel actuator includes inner housing and at least one outer housing mounted coaxially one in other forming at least one circular space between them. Proposed actuator is provided with blades: some blades are rigidly connected with inner housing and other blades are connected with outer housing alternating in circular space for forming hermetic control chamber of varying volume for control of relative turn between inner and outer housings. At least one housing has varying cross section. Each blade is approximately triangular in shape and its height decreases from one end of blade to other. Control surface includes at least one panel articulated with rear spar of lifting surface and units for control of turn of panel around axis of hinged joint. These units include at least one swivel actuator described above. EFFECT: increased power as compared with standard cylindrical drive at the same overall dimensions. 16 cl, 6 dwg
