SUBSTANCE: device has input and output units, memory unit, command and address buses, synchronization unit with pulse oscillator. Its third terminal is connected to program control unit. In addition device has commutation unit, which has 2-2AND-2OR gate, two XOR gates, two AND gates, OR gate, NOR gate, first and second controlled memory units with corresponding connections. In addition commutation unit has code converter with specific function of input and output parameters. This results in possibility to decrease number of lines between commutation unit and program control unit and keeps possibility of software implementation of all boolean functions.
