FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has impact pad with base and flexible pneumatic chamber mounted on base and provided with discharge channel, and measurement system having pneumatic sensor connected to free end of discharge channel, functional pneumatic sensor signal converter, indicator and indication discharge unit. Pad has impact plate and damping plate, flexible ring and casing made from soft material. Flexible ring is arranged between base and rigid impact plate so as to define quazi-closed volume in chamber. Microelectronic semiconductor strain gage used as pneumatic sensor of measurement system is positioned in discharge channel. EFFECT: simplified exerciser circuit construction, increased informative capacity of checks concerning force, abruptness, rate and efficiency of impact sequence as well as of each impact. 3 cl, 2 dwg
