SUBSTANCE: dynamometric exerciser has elastic capsule located within suspended blowing apparatus and connected to indication unit through pressure sensor located therein, and one or more functional converters. Elastic capsule is made from viscoelastic incompressible material. Acoustic piezoelectric membrane-type emitter used as pressure sensor is equipped with chamber arranged under membrane. Inputs of functional converters are connected with piezoelectric layer of acoustic piezoelectric emitter directly or through coordinating element. Functional converters and indication unit may be based on computer. Computer acoustic card may be used as functional converter input.

EFFECT: simplified construction, increased workability and wider range of employment.
