FIELD: rolling. SUBSTANCE: method consists in feeding oil-containing roll scale, heating air, and high-temperature treatment of roll scale to burn away oil and form dust-gas mixture, the latter being then separated to yield dry oil-free scale. High-temperature treatment is carried out in two stacked up fluidized beds formed by fluidizing alundum by air. In the space between two fluidized beds, ascending stream of oil-containing roll scale mixed with air is abruptly expanded while simultaneously rounding obstacles disposed in the way of stream. Air heating is stopped when oil is inflamed. EFFECT: reduced investment and operational expenses. 1 dwg
