FIELD: environment control. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preliminary dehydration of scale, loading of washing reservoir, hydrodynamic washing with heated washing solution, discharge of coarse-dispersed scale and removal of oil- containing emulsion and contaminated washing solution followed by phase separation of runoffs at separation of oil, cleaned washing solution and sludge containing finely-dispersed scale; cleaned washing solution is directed for preheated use in process. In the course of preliminary dehydration washing layer is formed from polydispersed scale. Prior to loading oil-containing scale, hydrodynamic mode is set in washing reservoir which corresponds to terminal velocity of particles in height of conical portion of washing reservoir depending on their size; this mode is maintained by continuous circulation of part of washing solution in washing reservoir at addition of clean washing solution. Phase separation of runoffs is performed in phase separation apparatus made in form of multi-section separator. Coarse-dispersed scale cleaned in washing reservoir and sludge removed from multi-section separator are dried with heated air.
