FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture has components at the following ratio, wt.-%: brown coal fly ash at low calcium content or its mixture with ground slag 70-77.5; slaked lime 10-15; gypsum semihydrate 5-18; powder sulfur 2-2.5, and liquid neutralized waste from polystyrene production (above 100% dry mixture) at density 1.014 g/cm³ 20-22.5. Mixture is used for producing the molding binding mixture for making piece wall articles for basement inhabited and industrial buildings.
