FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this building has internal lateral walls, external walls which are made up of inner masonry layer and outer masonry layer which are connected by point links. Located between two masonry layers is warm-conserving layer with steam insulation. Warm-conserving layer is attached to masonry by means of imposts which are installed in ventilated air clearance at outer masonry layer. Also incorporated in building are interstory coverings, lateral side walls of loggias and their coverings. Interstory coverings are brought into inner masonry layer of external wall through its entire thickness. Inner masonry layer of external wall is rigidly connected with lateral internal walls. Coverings of loggias are brought into outer masonry layer of external wall through its entire thickness. Outer masonry layer of external wall is rigidly connected with lateral side walls of loggias. Outer masonry layer of external wall at end faces of building and between loggias is provided with externally protruding pilasters which are connected at level of loggia coverings by horizontal linking slabs introduced into outer masonry layer of external wall through its entire thickness. Imposts are attached to outer masonry layer together with warm-conserving layer and steam insulation. Point links are installed at every story and they connect interstory coverings with slabs of loggia coverings and linking slabs. Method for erection of multistoried building with walls made of small-size stones implies fulfillment of following operations: erection of outer masonry layer of external wall through height of story together with lateral side walls of loggias and pilasters, installation of loggia covering, horizontal linking slabs, fastening of warm-conserving layer on internal surface of outer masonry layer of external wall, arrangement of steam insulation with subsequent erection of lateral internal walls and inner masonry layer of external wall and mounting of interstory covering with installation of point links above them which fasten slabs of interstory coverings with slabs of loggias and linking slabs. Application of aforesaid method and design improves thermal resistance of walls, reduces labour-intensity in erection of building, simplifies construction procedure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
