FIELD: photographic and movie equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed stand is used to mount photographic and movie equipment for shooting. It may be used to carry other devices such as theodolites, for instance. Stand includes means of stepless, smooth change of angular position of supports manufactured in the form of threaded ring 4 put on thread of boss 1 of stand. Eye 9 of support 8 rests against end face of threaded ring 4 when mounted in angular position. Ring changes its position under rotation of boss 1 which considerably expands technical capabilities of stand for various conditions of shooting.
