FIELD: positioning and fastening of photo-and-movie cameras. SUBSTANCE: tubular tripod clamp is positioned on circular projections of stops provided with support legs and having a round hole in the middle whose axis is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of clamp. Rectangular slots are set at a right angle to the hole axis. Clamp has one cutout in the middle or consists of two symmetrical parts. A movable rod with the camera on its end is inserted into the hole. A ring free-installed in clamp around the rod has two screws with their heads located inside the ring. The stops have holes for screws with nuts. One support leg is secured rigidly to one stop, while the two other legs are fastened to the other stop. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 12 dwg
