FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotator has twin rotor. Permanent magnets of stator are movable and spring-loaded. Rollers are built in ends of magnets. Permanent magnets installed in rotor and stator with opposite poles are attracted, and those installed with similar poles are repelled, thereby turning the rotor. At moment rotor magnet approaches stator magnet roller placed at this magnet end enters holder recess, and stator magnet is depended into stator under action of spring, thus enabling the rotor magnet to pass. When rotor turns through definite angle conditioned by stator magnet dimensions, sliding roller emerges on convex surface of holder, compresses spring, and stator magnet comes out of stator again and pushed rotor further over circumference as a result of interaction with similar field of rotor magnet. Other magnets of stator and rotor operate in the same way. As a result, rotor starts rotating. EFFECT: enlarged operational capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
