FIELD: rotational drives. SUBSTANCE: rotator has stator whose permanent magnets are spring-loaded and loosely mounted with like poles outside. Rotor permanent magnets are installed on its external side with both poles facing stator magnets. Permanent magnets of ring-shaped rocker-flywheel are mounted with like poles inward facing like poles of stator; rocker-flywheel is arranged outside around stator. Interaction between stator, rotor, and rocker-flywheel magnets sets rotor in motion about its axis inside stator. Rocker-flywheel prevents development of forces interfering with rotor motion.
